The plane measures approximately 21.5 mm (7/8") long by 15.9 mm (5/8") wide.

In sterling silver the hat tack weighs approximately 1.5 grams and includes a nickel plated hat tack back and nickel plated hat tack post.

In gold the hat tack weighs approximately 1.9 grams and includes a gold plated hat tack back and nickel plated hat tack post.
