A Misting™ who can burn pewter is known as a Thug or a Pewterarm™. Pewter increases the physical abilities of Mistborn and Thugs. Pewter allows an Allomancer to perform physical activities longer and greatly increases strength. The increased strength allows an Allomancer to continue fighting after receiving wounds that would incapacitate a normal person.

The Pewter pendant measures approximately 18 mm (just under 3/4") long, 14 mm (just under 5/8") wide and 1.4 mm (1/8") thick.

In sterling silver the Pewter symbol weighs approximately 2 grams; in gold approximately 2.5 grams.
