Lan's Signet Ring features a crown, a spear and a crane in flight.  The golden crane is a symbol of the no extinct Malkieri nation.  Lan is the uncrowned King of Malkier™, Dai Shan™ and the last surviving Malkieri Lord.  Lan gives the ring to Nynaeve al'Meara™ as a gift of his love and for her protection in the second Wheel of Time novel, The Great Hunt™.  Nynaeve wears the ring on a leather cord around her neck. Lan's Ring is an officially licensed Wheel of Time replica.  The ring is available in US sizes 5 to 14, in whole and half sizes.  Sizes 13.5 and 14 are an additional $15.00 US.

The ring measures approximately 16.4 mm (just over 5/8") top to bottom, 14.6 mm (just under 5/8") wide at the signet shield and 3.4 mm (1/8") wide at the back of the band.  The area behind the signet has been hollowed to reduce the weight.

In sterling silver Lan's Signet Ring weighs approximately 10.4 grams; in gold 13.1 grams, weight will vary with size.
